Before you order
When do we need to order?
By November 20 to have the boxes before Thanksgiving, and by December 4 for Christmas: Javier delivers in South Florida from December 7 to 23. Ham boxes ship anywhere in the contiguous US; order them by December 14.
Can you put our logo on it?
Yes, free. Every box carries a card with your message, written by hand, and your logo printed on it. Send us the logo as a PNG or PDF when you confirm the order.
Can someone who does not eat pork get a box?
Yes. Tell us how many and we swap the ham and chorizo for Galician tinned fish and more cheese, at the same price.
What about allergies?
Every box carries a card with its allergens: the turrones have almonds and egg, Manchego has milk and egg, and the anchovy olives have fish. Each product page lists them too.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. For company orders we send one invoice for the whole order, payable by card or bank transfer, and a W-9 if your accounts team needs it.
Can you deliver to each employee’s home?
Yes, with a quote: send us the list of addresses. In South Florida we deliver by hand; ham boxes ship with UPS to any address in the contiguous US. The turrón and cheese boxes deliver within Florida only, because they carry cheese and charcuterie.
Can you add wine or cava?
No: we do not sell alcohol, so there is none in our boxes. We are happy to suggest a Spanish wine or cava on the card to go with each box.
What if something arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we make it right with a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
