Vega Mancha is the Manchego brand in our range. Its cheeses are Manchego DOP, made with sheep's milk, in two ages: 3 months and 6 months. Our Manchego cheese guide explains the ages, the DOP and how to serve them.

As of October 2026, the 1 lb wedge is $27.95 at 3 months and $31.95 at 6 months. Whole 3.5 lb wheels are $89.95 at 3 months and $99 at 6 months.

How to choose: the 3-month cheese is milder and softer, an easy table cheese. The 6-month is firmer and more savory, good on a board with membrillo (quince paste) or almonds. Start with a 1 lb wedge at 6 months or take a whole wheel for a party.
