Description

Every Spanish Christmas tray has a few of these: a soft filling of almond and sugar pressed between two thin wafers in the shape of an almond. Dulymaz (Dulces y Mazapanes) makes them in Malagón, Ciudad Real, in La Mancha, and wraps each one, so they keep well and look good in a gift box.

How to serve. At room temperature, with coffee after dinner, or on a dessert board with turrón and marzipan.

Storage. Cool, dry place.
