Beher is the brand of Bernardo Hernández S.L., a family business from Guijuelo, in Castilla y León, which describes its legacy as four generations. Its range covers 100% Ibérico hams, shoulders, loin and cured sausages.
We sell Beher in two grades. Cebo de campo comes from 100% Ibérico pigs raised outdoors and costs less than bellota, which is acorn-fed. As of October 2026, prices run from $34.95 for a 3 oz hand-carved cebo de campo pouch to $1,095 for a whole bone-in bellota ham of 15-17 lb. Hand-carved bellota is $57.95 for 3.5 oz. Bone-in shoulders are $399 (cebo de campo, 8-10 lb) and $499 (Gold Label bellota, 9-10 lb). The whole cebo de campo ham of 15-17 lb is $599, and a feast box with stand, knife and chorizo is $779.
How to choose: if you want a whole leg at a lower price, the cebo de campo ham, 15-17 lb is the place to start. For the acorn-fed step up, see the bellota ham.
