Cortijo de Canata is the Serrano ham brand in our range. Jamón serrano is the everyday Spanish cured ham, made from white-breed pigs and different from Ibérico (see our Ibérico vs Serrano vs Bellota guide). The Cortijo de Canata hams we carry are cured for 15 months.
As of October 2026, a ready-to-serve plate of 3.5 oz is $14.95. A boneless block of 4-5 lb is $139. Whole bone-in legs cost $219 for 13-14 lb and $279 for 15-17 lb, with free shipping. A starter kit with the 15-17 lb leg, a wooden ham stand and an Arcos knife is $299.
How to choose: the boneless block needs no stand and slices on a board at home. If you want to carve it yourself, take a bone-in leg; the 13-14 lb size is quicker to finish. If you have no stand or knife yet, the starter kit brings all three. For a first try, the plate is ready in minutes.
